Return Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be permitted.

The only exceptions are for incorrect or defective products.

If you have received a product that is incorrect or defective you must contact us immediately to process a full refund or exchange.

All shipping and handling charges are not refundable - no exceptions.

Please note: As a necessary health precaution, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on wig items. There will be no exceptions.

Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we would gladly exchange it, as long as it is considered eligible for exchange (see below).

There are no restocking fees for your exchange. However, re-shipping and handling charges will apply.

To process the exchange, the Exchange Request Form must be filled out entirely.

The same credit card submitted with your original order will apply for your exchange order, unless otherwise specified on the Exchange Request Form.

Items will only be eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

  • Products must be in its original, pristine factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, with tags attached, in the appropriate packaging), as per our discretion.
  • Products must be odor-free (any odors on the product will render the product ineligible for exchange).
  • All exchange requests must be made within (5) five business days of receipt of product(s). Any requests made after (5) five business days will not be honored.

Please include the following in your return package:

  • The product(s) in the original box or packaging
  • A copy of the invoice
  • Completed Exchange Request Form (Please send request to Support@hairomg.com)
